LSU Alumni Directory: How It Works

You may receive:

  • A postcard
  • An email with a personalized link
  • Or a phone call from a PCI representative

Through these communications, you can:

  • Verify and update your contact information
  • Share your LSU story and experiences
  • Choose what information you’d like included

LSU Alumni Directory Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I would like to verify or update my information. How can I do this?

    • If you received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a real, live human being representing the Louisiana State University Alumni Association project. They will verify the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed.
    • If you received an email with an embedded link, simply click the link to go to the online site and review your information.
    • If you are living internationally or are unable to call the update line, please email PCIservice@publishingconcepts.com. PCI will send you a personalized link to update your information.

Why is LSU Alumni Association doing this?

To ensure we have the most accurate alumni information and to strengthen connections across the LSU community. 

Do I have to purchase anything?

 No. Participation is completely free.
You will have the option to purchase a directory, but it is not required. 

Can I control what information is included?

Yes. You can request that certain details be excluded when you update your information. 

You can also communicate your preferences to PCI’s customer service helpdesk at 1-800-982-1590 / PCIservice@publishingconcepts.com or to the Alumni Association directly. 

What if I didn’t receive a communication?

You can still participate by contacting us directly or requesting a link to update your information at PCIservice@publishingconcepts.com.

Can anyone purchase a directory?

The Louisiana State University Alumni Association Directory is available for sale only to Louisiana State University alumni. You will be listed in the directory whether you decide to purchase a copy or not.

I ordered a directory/package over the phone and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?

Contact PCI’s customer service helpdesk at 1-800-982-1590 / PCIservice@publishingconcepts.com and they will take care of this for you.
