We work closely with the major tour operators of the travel industry. We accept only quality proposals from tour companies to destinations where the tour operator has strong experience and can perform a superior service on behalf of our Louisiana State University Alumni travelers. 2008 Trips

EXPEDITION TO ANTARCTICA
February 1 to February 16, 2008

Following in the wake of intrepid explorers like Amundsen, Scott and Shackleton, travel to Antarctica and experience the White Continent’s majestic coastal scenery and abundant wildlife. Begin in the cosmopolitan Argentinean capital of Buenos Aires before boarding the deluxe M.S. LE DIAMANT in Ushuaia, and embarking on a journey of discovery to Earth’s most pristine wilderness, where towering mountains of ice and lava rise abruptly out of the ocean and a vast array of wildlife flourishes, including penguins, seals, whales and seabirds.
