Regular Shipping
Please allow 1-3 WORKING days for processing of your order in addition to shipping days. Depending on the method of shipment chosen, you should expect to receive your order within 2-14 working days. If you absolutely have to have an item the next day, please email first to confirm availability. We thank you for your patience.

All packages are shipped through UPS. Please be aware that no package can be delivered to a P.O. Box. Currently we do not ship to most addresses outside the US. As a result of the higher incidence of overseas credit card fraud, our security for these types of orders has been heightened. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Returns/Exchanges
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a refund, replacement or exchange. To help us rapidly process your request, please return a copy of this receipt with the merchandise. Please note that the LSUAlumni.org/shop/ Official Store will only refund shipping if your return was a result of our error. In addition, shipping charges will be billed to customer for internet order exchanges.
