Nov. 6-27, 2007 - Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year - While LSU fans keep an eye on the Tiger’s ranking in the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) standings, there is another college football benchmark worth your attention.

LSU Coach Les Miles is currently a top vote-getter for the 2007 Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year Award. For Coach Miles to sustain his status as a top vote getter, more fan votes are needed!

It’s not too late for LSU fans to show support for Coach Miles by going to www.coachoftheyear.com and voting for him by November 27th.

Then return to www.coachoftheyear.com between December 5th and 15th to vote for a finalist. The winners – one from each NCAA football division – will be profiled on a half-hour ABC/ESPN special December 29th at 5:30 p.m. ET (2:30 p.m. PT).

Each winning coach will receive $50,000 from Liberty Mutual to support his civic and charitable activities, and $20,000 for his alumni association.
